Marbleized Ink

I used orange, pink and purple ink and water to create this marbleized pattern on the paper. Basically you drop or float the ink on the surface of the water, the art is in how you place your colors. Sliding your paper in at angle and then lifting it out an angle allows for more ink to cover the surface of the paper. I think a bigger one of these would look great framed!

Blowin' Blue and Green

Are you intrigued?  This piece was created on glossy paper using copic ink.  To create the patterns in the ink I used a straw to "blow" the ink in the direction I wanted it to go.  I love the way the colors and the patterns blend together.
